This is the official and limited Demo of Star Trek Online.


Some special notes about the Star Trek Online Demo:

  • You can play through the entire Star Trek Online Tutorial, as well as the Episode "Stranded in Space." Master your skills in space and on the ground, then rescue the S.S. Azura!
  • You may create two different Federation characters within our character creator. You will not be able to create a Klingon character.
  • You have unlimited play time. Play as much as you like. To access the full version of Star Trek Online, purchase the full game from any of these fine retailers.

Additional Comments

Running with WINEDEBUG=+winsock,+seh,warn+heap lets the downloader get about 10% of the way through before it hangs. You could probably succeed by rerunning it ten or twenty times, as it very nicely picks up where it left off when you restart.
