For the best results play without the CD and use the ini (or the solution provided by the patch). This though seems to just cause a slight problem when switching in the main menus, not later. So this can be ignored. If you want to play with the music but problem-free, use the added PlayMP3 option (for instructions check the readme) The game was patched from 1.0 to 1.2 to 1.3 to 1.10
