Start, login, browsing My Library, initiating download

What does not

It always quits in around 30 seconds with the following error:

Workarounds

What was not tested

Fully downloading a game.

When restarting, the download actually continues where it left off (usually 2%), so next restart will be around 4%, but beyond that, it takes about 30 seconds to verify what's already downloaded, then quits, so no further download step can be reached.

It used to quit around a few minutes, so repeatedly restarting allowed a game to continue downloading to completion. Since version 2.1.5699.1 or so, or possibly due to wine update, it now quits in 30 seconds.

Additional Comments

Tested on latest version (2.1.5699.1) at the time. The update process actually works.

Must install dotnet 4.72 or so before installing, otherwise it will try to install dotnet 4.61 which is buggy and crashes.

Works flawlessly as long as you have vcrun2008 and ie8 installed.
