The instructions previously provided for this work fine. You need a 32-bit WINEPREFIX and you need ie8 and vcrun2008. I didn't have to make any other modifications to a clean WINEPREFIX.

Works flawlessly as long as you have vcrun2008 and ie8 installed. Recommended you complete the installation of those requirements using winetricks.
