tested on: C2D E8400 (3.0GHz) 8G RAM GF9800GTX+ with drivers version 260.19.36 (from repository) first run was flawless, even fullscreen worked now it complains about .BAT file (cannot run it) and shows black screen with in-game cursor, but Alt+Enter switches to windowed mode and runs fine
