Everything (with steam overlay disabled).
What does not
Steam in-game overlay.
What was not tested
Tested with gnome 2.32.1 Make sure to turn off the in-game overlay in the steam options (this is not an option of half-life itself). When in fullscreen if you switch desktops and go back but the screen is smaller and you are spinning hit escape to free your mouse from the game window, right click the steam icon and click "exit". It won't actually exit but will tell you to close half-life first, just click ok and then magically the window restores itself and you can continue playing.
