I am not sure of the base version, but they are currently at Patch 357. The installer is labelled 0357, so possibly 0.357, though I am not sure of this. The license is also free to play, but there is the option to pay for card packs.

The hex tiles are black instead of correct color (green for grass, tan for sand, etc.). Colors on units is correct.
