Additional Comments

Used Ubuntu MATE 16.10, used Wine-Staging 2.1 with active EAX flag on separate Win64 prefix & standalone client. Didn't used the Wine D3D patch this time. It still shows up the transparent floor, but I've managed to fix it just by installing the whole DirectX9 via winetricks. Before this I've tried to install 'd3dx9_36.dll' alone (vide HLSL errors encountered, via https://appdb.winehq.org/objectManager.php?sClass=version&iId=26035) but it didn't fixed the problem (the HLSL errors still shows up). So problem lies within Wine's DirectX solution.
