Everything. The installer, sounds, music, tutorials, campaign, etc. No graphical glitches. Everything work as they should after using DLL overrides (see below).
What does not
Achievements (disabled, because savegame belongs to another user?)
After installing devenum dll, ambient sound is a bit loud and internal volume sliders stop working. If all other dll overrides are left, then music no longer works or works intermittently, but sound works (including ambient sound) and internal volume sliders work.
What was not tested
Multiplayer and Paradox Connect.
Version tested: Europa Universalis III: Chronicles edition = Europa Universalis III + four expansions (from Napoleon's Ambition to Divine Wind v5.1) use winetricks to install the following items: * dotnet20 (should be installed before running the installer) * d3dx9 (should be installed before running the installer) * dsoundbug9612 (reg key: MaxShadowSize = 0, needed for working sound and improved stability) * vcrun2005 * quartz (needed for music) * ffdshow (needed for music too) * devenum (needed for sound and music) * wininet (fix problem with Achievement and Paradox Connect) * msasn1 * secur32 * crypt32 (I'm not sure these last three are needed, but they do make some error messages disappear) Additionally, in your Linux system gstreamer-bad, gstreamer ugly and perhaps gstreamer-ffmpeg, so that EU3 can play its music files.
