  • Installed using default options with no DLL overrides.
  • Using default options, downloaded four generations of ancestors, over 4?? individuals.
  • Saved to PAF5 file.
  • Loaded the file into PAF5 to verify it works.

Did not try any non-default options in this test.  (Those options I had tried with an earlier verision of this application and an earlier version of Wine had worked fine.

HowTo / Notes

AppDB page maintenance has been suspended.

Maintenance of this AppDB page has been suspended, because PAF (the target of the files produced by this application) has been unsupported since about July 15, 2013, which makes this application mostly useless.  A comment was posted in August, 2013 asking whether anyone still uses this application, and there has been no response.

If anyone does use this application, please post a comment.  If anyone does use this application, I'll probably resume regular testing with new versions of Wine.  (If someone else wants to be a maintainer of this page, I won't be opposed.)


Newer version released but did not work.

A new version of GetMyAncestors has been released, but in testing it failed a few seconds after entering the LDS Account username and password.
