everything works (with some minor issues):

  • installation
  • playing the "game" @1440x900 resolution on the highest details
  • rendering, visuals are okay (except shadows)
  • audio (using ALSA)
  • taking screenshots
  • ­keyboard and mouse (except a minor problem with the mouse)

  • mouse 'escapes' window (most noticeable in the first scene): can be fixed by the Xinput2 patch

Additional Comments

Gamersgate version of the game. It runs out-of-the-box, without dll overrides. The mouse problem is not so serious since this product is not a FPS. It can be corrected by patching Wine with the Xinput2 patch (see bug #6971). Nvidia GeForce 250 GTS / driver 260.19.29
