What works

Everything except audio (without quick fix).

Simple as installing it via Steam and starting it up.

Used MEUITM for HD textures, worked fine by copying files from a Windows install of the game + mod.

Would be Platinum if it wasn't for audio issue.

What does not

At first audio does not work, but is fixed by going to Documents/BioWare/MassEffect/Config/BIOEngine.ini and beneath [ISACTAudio.ISACTAudioDevice] adding

DeviceName=Generic Software
UseEffectsProcessing=False

Workarounds

What was not tested

A full playthrough, but I visited many locations and did a lot of dialogue scenes.

  • Driver:

Additional Comments
