What works

The setup of ABCExplorer works without errors.

You can launch the program. But then an error message appears, that says "ActiveX component can't create object". I installed the Windows Scripting Host with Winetricks (Package: wsh56).

Now the program starts without errors.
I consider the program being useable with wine.

Open, saving and editing of ABC music files is possible.
You can also view the music score but there are little problems.

What does not

Sometimes the sheet music (music score) does not appear. The zoom function of the music score using the slider control does not work very well. You can type two times F10. This was a workaround for me.

I contacted the author of the program and we found out, that wsh56 is necessary.
