When you try to remove the app , Ubuntu 10.10 64 bit freezes an you have to reboot! That's not very Linux/UNIX/GNU like! It was done via Applications >Wine > Remove Wine Application. It also does not remove itself from the menu (just right click > edit menus) but it also doesn't remove itself from the "Remove Wine Application" Window. I find this to be VERY annoying....
