What works
Installer works without issue. Loading offline mode loads the program, but cannot run the "Installed Wizard" to find installed games. The about page loads as well. Because both the "Installed Wizard" and the proper user login could not be loaded, this is all that could be tested.
What does not
Logging in with a username and password. Installed Wizard in offline mode There may be more things that do not work, but not being able to login pretty much kills all testing.

Although it technically kinda runs, it in no way can perform it's stated use, so I gave it a garbage rating.
