To get it working...

1. Start Timidity as follows: timidity -iAD -B2,8 -Os1l -s 44100 -x'soundfont
/usr/share/midi/sf2/mypatches.sf2 order=1' 

2. Apply ALSA if it is not already selected in winecfg.
3. Save the following text:
---------------
REGEDIT4

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Multimedia\MIDIMap]
"CurrentInstrument"="#1"
-------------------
as "foo.reg" and import via wine regedit.

4. Test via aplay and winetest, as mentioned on wiki: http://wiki.winehq.org/MIDI

5. Run Moraff's in style! 

• Full screen mode refuses to show navigation menu (Suggest using wine desktop)
  
• Mouse cursor flickers when moved and lags a bit
