Femap

What works

works in virtual desktop seems like everything is working but i'm not a femap expert reads and displays and edits in 1million node nastran models creates forces and boundary conditions edit analysis parameters export nastran bdf submit nastran analysis the integrated nx nastran works too even with multiple cpu save and open femap databases load and plot results picking up licence from flexlm (running on an xp machine) occasionally works in own window graphics seems a tad slow but femap graphics are quite slow anyway so i'm not sure if its slower than normal start up is quite slow but not sure if thats normal

What does not

doesn't always work in its own window following error messages appear in the console but it doesn't seem to effect the program fixme:richedit:me_handlemessage eco_nohidesel not implemented yet! *** fru__delta_init(): attempt to start when running! fixme:shell:brsfolder_oncreate flags bif_newdialogstyle partially implemented

What was not tested

dongle or nodelocked licence no geometry tested, but i have no reason to believe it won't work

not tested 64bit version yet, if anyone has a 64bit wine .deb package for ubuntu 11.04 i am keen to try the 64bit
