What works

I have just tried ChemBioDraw so far and most seems to work fine, e.g. chemical structures, text areas etc. but there are still things messed up. Orbitals are not displayed correct (though when converted to .eps-Format it looks fine) and the "Get 3D-Model"-function crashes.

What does not

I have not tested enough functions to give a detailed list

What was not tested

Everything else than ChemBioDraw

Additional Comments

Here is how i got it working in Ubuntu 10.10 64bit : Install "dotnet20" via winetricks Run the installation executable from chemoffice. After the extraction of the files the process might not continue --> go to the /home/yourname/.wine/drive_c/CSTEMP/Cambridgesoft directory (.wine is a hidden folder) and run every *.msi and every setup.exe Execute ChemBioDraw to activate your product via Internet ... Here and there some processes might crash but it should still work if you run the executable again! E.g. after activating the product, ChemBioOffice crashed but it worked the next time.
