Installed it using the installer on this page: http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=404042 After following the instructions, the program loaded easily. It will not work if you install it as a regular Windows application. Do not change the path to the folder used to save the Bibles. All bibles will be saved in .wine_Esword\drive_c\Program Files\e-Sword. Added hint if you are a newbie like me...if you go to your Home folder and you don't see the .wine_Esword folder, then click on View>Show Hidden Files. Also if you have existing add-ons in your Windows E-sword folder, you can copy/paste them to the .wine_Esword\drive_c\Program files\e-Sword folder. Just copy the Bibles, Dictionaries, Commentaries, etc. DO NOT copy the .exe or other driver files -it will mess up the set up in Wine.
