What works

Gameplay works fine at full framerate

What does not

There is no sound at all.

The game throws an error on launch about missing MSVBVM60.DLL then closes.

You can fix the error for MSVBVM60.DLL by downloading it from any DLL website, then placing it in the SMBX install folder.

There is no workaround for the missing sound (so far).

What was not tested

Multiplayer mode and level editor

Hardware tested

  • GPU: Unknown
  • Driver: unknown
