To play with the Widescreen Mod (http://gibberlings3.net/forums/index.php?app=downloads&showcat=63) and GhostDog's UI (http://www.moddb.com/games/planescape-torment/downloads/ghostdogs-pst-ui-mod-v22), I had to set "ddr=opengl" and "orm=backbuffer" with winetricks, as well as enable the "Software Mirroring" option in the game itself.
