I haven't seen any thing which didn't work properly (I haven't either tested every thing in the application)

Compile a whole project flash an FPGA simulating maybe other things (I'm new to the software)

Additional Comments

Very important: you have to add a license in order to be able to start the program, you can do that by starting the Actel's license handling software (in the Wine menu). When I started the application the Linux license daemon was running (have not tested if it works without it)
