Almost everything (but it's only almost in this case).

What does not

Unfortunately in current state of wine demo isn't playable. Keyboard controls doesn't work (it works in menus and you can change the playing track with it or hit the reverse, turn left or right). Those two that are most important. I mean going forward (I couldn't start racing because my quad didn't want to move).

Additional Comments

To get demo working you have to install Windows Media Player 9. You can do that with winetricks wmp9 command. Without that you can't start demo because movies that are displayed in background of the menu are all encoded in windows media format. I didn't had a problem with changing screen resolution but demo seems to be limited to 1280x1024 (movies are 1280x720 or 1024x768 that's probably why there is this limitation).
