Additional Comments
I winetricked d3dx9 and everything worked fine. Since I would even give it Platinum rating I didn't tested the Multiplayer, so I'm caught between Platinum and Silver, so I choose Gold.

In Assassin's Creed I, II and Brotherhood, the mouse is slow and lag when you turn the character/camera.
I found a solution but you must to have the latest version of Xorg (1.8 and >). The solution consist to patch wine 1.3.X with the latest patch of bug #6971 and compile yourself wine. With it, the game is very playable and the mouse isn't slow.
