What does not
Attempting to configure a gamepad is extremely glitchy and ultimately doesn't work properly.
Sometimes the game fails to play any sound except at the initial splash screen. If this happens, close the game and open it again until you have sound. This happens very frequently when launching the game from the shortcut or AssassinsCreedBrotherhood.exe, but sound usually works if you start from ACBSP.exe instead.
In some parts of the game, dialog becomes stuttered.
In some cutscenes, sound and video become desynced.

In Assassin's Creed I, II and Brotherhood, the mouse is slow and lag when you turn the character/camera.
I found a solution but you must to have the latest version of Xorg (1.8 and >). The solution consist to patch wine 1.3.X with the latest patch of bug #6971 and compile yourself wine. With it, the game is very playable and the mouse isn't slow.
