What works

The software can be installed perfectly out of the box. After installing the DLL's needed it works pretty good for normal use.

What does not

When you use the fullscreen feature, the vertical bar that separates the pages from the menu is still visible but if you move it to the side is just a minor annoyance except in double-pages when you get a smaller image than you could. When you try to adjust the slidebars or some controls they may not act as you intend them to but you can force them to the value you want if you insist a little. If you play too much with the configuration it may crash (if you just set it once and use the software just for viewing as you normally do, it works fine).

Workarounds

What was not tested

Some strange filters and configuration options. Using it for viewing compressed files.

Additional Comments

In order to make it work, you need to do the following: sh winetricks > "Select the default wineprefix" > "Install a Windows DLL or component" > check the d3dx9 > "OK" (which installs automatically every other d3dx9_XX library too) sh winetricks wsh56
