The game was purchased from Gamersgate, contains no DRM. Native d3dx9_36.dll is needed to start the game. Performance: generally good, even on the highest details (except those slowdowns during fight scenes) Stability: no issues Except for the bugs I reported, the game is very playable. Nvidia GeForce 250 GTS / driver 260.19.36
