Downloading the installer in a new folder (via Browse -> go to directory -> button New Folder...) does not work. No directory is created. This test was done with a clean Wine installation, so without WineTricks/ie4Linux modifications.

The Rappelz Launcher will not work properly with the Gecko rendering engine which is installed with Wine.
To be able to use the Rappelz Launcher, so to be able to play the game, you'll have to install IE.
