The game is completely playable, with all graphics showing and working correctly. Tested a wide variety of graphic settings. However to get to this point: 1) Download the official client. 2) Download all the required patches and apply them. 3) Grab the patch listed on other entries and "force" apply it or edit the patch file to apply to 1.3.18. Played the intro movies, intro quests and a further three hours of playtime so far doing a variety of missions.
What does not
Full screen mode seems to not work, no amount of forcing seems to put the game into such a mode, which leads to... Mouse input can act weird. If you click outside the window, which is easy to happen since mouse input won't stay locked you will have a mouse that behaves improperly until hitting some menus. On more than one occasion I've had click thru to the application in the background. The autopatcher and loader both do not work. Have experienced two graphic lock ups, where the sound continued to function. According to chat these happen under windows xp as well.
What was not tested
No DLL overrides required, however that one patch is a must for any mouse input that isn't at the menu system. One downside the patch seems to break mouse input in Hellgate: London (which was fixed a few revs ago). Used the macports system, stopped the install and manually applied the patch, then let the port command finish.

I just wrote a little Patcher since the official doesn't run in wine:
Just download the file and place it into your Black Prophecy Root Directory
It downloads and looks for your patch files in the (not existing) directory: Patches which will be generated at first use. If you've already downloaded some patches, I recommend you put those there.
If you have any advice for my script, just inform me, I'm not used to shell-scripts very much.
