What works
Everything but Wineasio right now. Engine still works under Primary Sound Driver(Pulseaudio) You can do just about anything. The UI has minimal glitching now and is very smooth. My studio always has an FL Studio copy on hand and I can tell you, it runs BETTER under Linux than Windows! Under Windows you can expect major failures, restarts, and FL Studio just quitting for no reason. You get none of that in Linux, which is why my studio uses it.
What does not
wineasio built from AUR repo. I registered, but it came back an error:
err:module:load_builtin_dll failed to load .so lib for builtin L"winemp3.acm": libmpg123.so.0: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
Successfully registered DLL wineasio.dll
So I don't know what its deal is. Pulseaudio works but the system chokes up when you've loaded your session down. I've got an old dual core though...YMMV
Workarounds
What was not tested
Any online capability, but I imagine it would work if you needed it. I've never installed them.

Additional Comments
FL Studio 10 installs with minimal pre-requisites. I've been using FL Studio since wine version 1.2. I would suggest using winetricks to install allfonts. That's about it. If you don't need realtime capabilities, you don't have to install jack or alsa for it to work. I have my FL Studio Data and Projects folder stored on a FreeNAS system and works well under the FL Studio file manager. You can go to file settings and point it where ever you want. Saves me a lot of space on the local computer. I don't know if it was the updated kernel to version 3, but something happened since the 2.6 kernel that made wineasio stop working. Maybe I've just missed something. FL Studio just freezes when you use wineasio. YMMV

wine notepad 'C:\windows\system.ini' or your favorite *nix text editor (*nix path is '~/.wine/drive_c/windows/system.ini') ...And then add this in the drivers32 section: MSACM.vorbis=vorbis.acm
Good luck!!!
Reported fixed in wine 1.3.28 and later
The FL Studio UI can sometimes go haywire if you workspaces in your desktop environment - the audio engine works and events are handled (for example, space still plays/pauses the project) but the UI is frozen.
