Additional Comments
With BGB's default settings, as soon as you establish a link the frame limiting capability stops working unless your monitor is set to 60 HZ in the Windows screen resolution settings. This can cause games to run extremely fast (as fast as your computer can render). In Wine it seems to be unable to detect the refresh rate. For example my refresh rate is 60HZ in Linux, but BGB in Wine thinks that it is something other than 60. Thus with default settings, Linking in Wine leads to a lack of frame limiting. However, you can go into the Graphics options in BGB and change the V-Sync option from "auto" to "1 Frame / V-Blank" to solve this. This will force the emulator's framerate to be no more than your monitor's refresh rate. Although, your monitor's refresh rate MUST be 60hz for the most accurate emulation speed.
