install, running in wine virtual desktop mode
What does not
if not in virtual desktop mode, the game freezes during or after the last intro video and you can't even get to a tty to kill it. If you are in windowed mode, there is no mouse cursor. all the characters are only grey blobs instead of being textured (not even the seams are visible).
