You have to install a dll (msscript.dll or something) and a ocx (mscomctl.ocx). After this you can connect to any server by /server irc.whatever.com , but there is no Text Output overall. You can even write some messages with /msg target message, join channels, etc, but u cant see any text (working on this if i find a solution).
