install: It can install as a standalone application (designed to connect to a remote database server).
What does not
install: Standalone install fails when it tries to install Oracle database. install names one directory as [SHELL_OBJECT_FOLDER]. Program shortcuts do not gets installed. Application crashes at runtime.
