What works
Works on OS X 10.11.2.
Can log in, switch servers, change settings, list games and players, observe and play games.

What does not
The Installer requires mfc42.dll ... : "brew install winetricks; hash -r; winetricks mfc42".
The built-in browser can't install some custom ActiveX plugin.
The login dialog is unresponsive until the web-content on the right starts loading. Just wait a few seconds until the cursor reappears.
The first time the window is dragged it will start to start to evade the mouse. To "catch" it open the system menu by right-clicking on the icon in the top left corner of the main window. Then ignore the opened menu and left-click inside the main window.
With the x11 driver ("winetricks settings macdriver=x11") the main window was unusable. (Not resizable, unclosable initial dialog when invitations are ignored.)
Workarounds
What was not tested

Although Tygem will run just fine in a default en_US locale, you will get much more aesthetically pleasant results by running it in a Korean one. This isn't just because the various Korean/Japanese/Chinese usernames will actually show up properly, but also because a lot of the buttons and dialogs were sized expecting the somewhat-wider CJK fonts even for English text. Everything just looks a lot more polished in the Korean locale.
With that in mind, here are the steps to be taken:
