Additional Comments
Please understand, that this report applies only to Lotus Notes 8.5.x Basic, not the full client. For "File / Preferences / User Preferences" to work, you need to do two things (Please see previous submissions and also Wine bug #5944 for details): 1.) Copy over the following native DLLs (e.g. from Windows XP 32-Bit): "oleacc.dll", "oleaccrc.dll". Those can be found in "%WINDIR%\system32\". Put them in your Wines' "windows/system32/" folder. 2.) Use winecfg and add a "(native, builtin)" DLL override for "oleacc". Also, when starting Lotus Notes 8.5.3 Basic, you might see a message saying "You cannot add a directory to your workspace". This does not seem to have any effect on actual functionality. Fixes proposed by IBM support to get this one solved proved ineffective. But since it doesn't make any trouble, it should be ok. Additionally, like previous submitters I recommend installing "allfonts" using winetricks, so you can get the fonts you're used to with Lotus Notes 8.5.x Basic.
