For me, the game doesn't seem to completely shut down upon exit. Steam still thinks I am in game. I have to kill the process via the system monitor. Other than this and one mouse setting, the game seems perfect.

As one earlier report said, you have to click 'Allow DirectX apps to stop the mouse leaving their window' or the mouse will escape.
