eMule

What works

Everything from installing to searching for files to completing downloaded files. Downloading new server list from manually entered address through interface in "server" page. IRC chat seems fine to me.

What does not

After downloading Kad node list from manually entered address through interface in "Kad" page, no nodes can be connected. The reasons for this is unknown. I copied the nodes.dat file from an aMule config directory and now the Kad nodes can be connected.

Other features like creating new ed2k links and filters. Preview function have not been tested.

server.met from http://www.server-met.de/dl.php?load=gz&trace=37553606.0278 nodes.dat from http://www.nodes-dat.com/dl.php?load=nodes&trace=37553648.9722 nodes.dat is manually copied from a Linux version of DLP patched aMule (amule-dlp x86) running under the said distribution and above nods.dat. I have not tested the preview function since I have not downloaded any video files that eMule recognises as previewable. I tried previewing an unfinished .mpg file and it worked on all Linux players that I have tried (gnome-mplayer 1.0.5, vlc 2.0.3, totem 3.4.3). I tried to play it using Media Player Classic under Wine but it crashed upon opening the incomplete file. Maybe other players will work.
