What works
most function works well. but you have to remove wine-gecko to prevent it from crashing with wine 1.3, which I will mention it on the later extra comment. the 'what does not work' is a result due to the turnoff of wine-gecko
document transfer works.
What does not
the notice board on the chatting windows will keep on showing connecting, and the chatting history won't work although they are normally logged in the computer because they need wine-gecko to work……
another problem is that if you live it behind other windows for too long time, the main body turn to be frozen, and not work any more, although you can even found the notice that some body is noticing you……,so you'd better place the main body and chatting windows on a blank desktop...
Workarounds
What was not tested
video chatting and audio chatting ,remote desktop
Hardware tested

Additional Comments
before installment, winetricks msxml3 gdiplus riched20 riched30 ie6 vcrun6 vcrun2005sp1 flash (here ie6 and flash are not essential according to my practice:) I won't comment on the font, it's another problem, here if you merely using English it will work well. fluent installation, but a bit tricky to login to the QQintl, you MUST NOT leave the mouse indicator focusing on the blank for entering password. move your mouse to the soft-keyboard logo as soon as possible when the login window appears. then use the soft-keyboard to enter the pin and use "the 'ENTER' on the soft-keyboard" to finish your input in another word don't use your own keyboard. then move your mouse away as quickly as possible to other area and fill the other things. do remember to tick 'auto login':) ok after you login, it will crash very often if you are using wine1.3 with wine-gecko, according to http://forum.ubuntu.org.cn/viewtopic.php?f=121&t=261466 the therapy is either you remove the wine-gecko or $cd .wine/drive_c/windows/system32/gecko/1.0.0 $mv wine_gecko wine_gecko.old and set the .wine/drive_c/windows/system32/gecko/ to be read only to prevent the wine_gecko to be reincarnated. (sorry I don't know chmod XXX number so if you wish to keep wine-gecko, you'd better create a specific wineprefix for QQ. there is another issue for daily use, see "What does not work"
