Installation, rendering, import/export, and mouse interaction work smoothly. Performance is great.
What does not
Every single-character shortcut to switch tools (such as D to select the Draw tool) or toggle options (such as X to invert the current tool's direction). When such a key is pressed, the program appears to freeze - no longer responding to any input - until I alt-tab to another [Linux] and back or hide and reshow the Sculptris window via the [Linux] window list in my system panel.
Keyboard controls that do work include, as noted in other reports, Shift, Alt, and Ctrl modifiers, as well as Ctrl-Alt-Space and Ctrl-Alt-Z (to invoke the tool settings and undo commands intended to be bound to Space and Ctrl-Z, respectively). Ctrl-Alt does not seem to act as a workaround for any other keyboard controls.
I can use the keyboard without issue in system dialogs like Open or Export.
What was not tested
I am using the most recent Long Term Support version of Linux Mint (17.2 MATE edition), with all updates applied, and the most recent development version of Wine available through the PPA (https://www.winehq.org/download/ubuntu), which is 1.7.50 at the time of this report.
