What does not

Only two, hardly noticeable issues so far:

• during certain cutscenes, for a short period, when characters are speaking, audio is out of sync (lips not moving). This is not an audio issue: can be worked around by disabling GLSL.
  
• at the beginning of Episode 3, in a cutscene where a house is in flames and smokes... well, smoke is not visible...

Additional Comments

The game requires .Net 2.0, xact_jun2010, d3dx9_36.dll. All of them can be installed via winetricks. None of the reported issues are game breaking bugs. Actually, they are barely noticeable and I can't say for sure if they are bugs in the game or in Wine (I have no native Windows installed to test it).
