What works

New maps, opening maps, editing, saving, and exporting to text. "Contents" and "MapWin Pro" option from the Help menu now work correctly. Importing tilemaps, editing map layers appears to work fine. Basic functionality is there. PNG import (via a drop-in DLL from the developer's site) works.

What does not

The cursor will corrupt the visible map space if you move it over existing tiles. This appears to fix itself after each "save" of the map, and is only a visual defect (output files are still fine). Program menus and shortcut keys will occasionally seize up. Difficult to reproduce.

Additional Comments

Basing my "Gold" rating on the previous version's "Gold" rating, and the fact that this version performed at least as well. Admin note: rating changed to conform to the rating definitions.
