Wine 1.5.13's new raw input support does not work for this game, on WinXP or Win7 mode in a fresh wineprefix. Patching an older version of wine with a common rawinput patch (raw3.patch) followed by autoreconf made this game work at that time. I don't remember the wine version for certain, but I think it was one of the 1.5.x versions, probably 1.5.9. A native linux version of this game was released in one of the Humble Bundle packs. Accordingly, it is probably available on ubuntu's software center, but I have not checked to be sure. The windows version of this game may work again in vanilla wine soon, considering wine's new support for rawinput. I'll file a bug report soon if there isn't one already.
