Skype doesn´t work now at wine. So, there is no option to make skype mic/speakers working under wine. If you have problem with native linux version, you should try to update to latest version (everythink, incl. distribution) and try to write alsamixer into your terminal, set everythink to 100 (mic boost - try 10-20). This was helpful for me.
Or wait until the general bugs with skype under wine will be fixed(it could be 2 weeks, it could be 2 years :) ). Good luck.

It could be more than two years ;-) Something like 10 years ;-)
