The game can be downloaded and installed via Steam. Windowed mode causes the menugraphics to completely mess up in most modes. It works best if wine emulates a screen and Munch's Oddysee is configured to run fullscreen. Getting into the menu, starting the game, saving and loading states and moving around works.
What does not
Sound did either crackle or not play at all for me. Depends on DirectMusic which is fully implemented.
Ingame 3D models are broken. Abe has a head, lower arms, hands and legs but all joints and other sections are missing. The levels have only a very few graphical glitches and mostly work.
What was not tested
Actually playing the game for longer than 10 minutes.
