What works

Everything, right out of the box.

-Game install, runs great

-Track Editor seems to work

-Networking appears to be working

-Joystick is working great

Nothing, as far as I can see.

Workarounds

What was not tested

-Building an entire track in the track editor.

-Playing a full multiplayer game, though networking appears to be doing its job.

Additional Comments

Only "issue" seems to be that my desktop effects stop performing when I exit the game. I can simply re-enable them. The checkbox will still be checked for them to be enabled, but they won't work. Simply uncheck, then re-check, and apply.
