In a clean WINEPREFIX: I downloaded and installed steam,... http://cdn.steampowered.com/download/SteamInstall.msi msiexec /i SteamInstall.msi ...edited the registry to solve the invisible text problem in steam... wine reg add 'HKCU\Software\Valve\Steam' /v DWriteEnable /t REG_DWORD /d 00000000 ...and just installed and launched the game. optirun -b primus wine 'C:\Program Files\Steam\Steam.exe' -no-dwrite steam://rungameid/91700 Besides steam everything worked flawlessly, no crashes on death etc. System: Asus N75SF Notebook Processor: Intel Core i7-2670QM @ 2.20GHz RAM: 8GB Graphics: Nvidia GeForce GT 555M Intel HD3000
