What works
I switched on using native libraries (and if not available get them) for comdlg32, commdlg, mscms, msvcrt, ole, ole32, pid, rpc, rpcrt4.
Not all of them might be necessary, but with them I could supress a lot of warnings.
What does not
The "create photomerge" dialog is completely missaligned andalmost not usable.

Most of the features, but normal reading, changing, saving an image work well.
