With compiz running (at least the way I've set up), you can't really use the modifier key. However, filters work, all basic functions work, tablet support (with Wine compiled a specific way) works. Moving from the option windows (layers, undo history, etc) is sort of weird, but you can combine windows. Save to Web works well.
Install was a little strange. I futzed around with the registry for "Internet Explorer" through regedit before I could install PSE2. Changed the version number, if I remember correctly.
What does not
When using the tablet, any area where the tablet goes over to paint down a line (or anything) gets really pixellated. It could be the program or the way my computer's handling it.
Sometimes the child windows gets hidden behind the main window, but if you hide and recall them from the "Window" menu, they pop up again.
What was not tested
Special filters, though older filters like bpelt "multifill" and "flatten" work.
