The program installs and starts.

What does not

Cannot change data file location information because the file location utility displays as black bars instead of text and doesn't allow text input on keyboard (only backspace works). This keeps the program from connecting to the server, and therefore keeps the program from going beyond the initial startup.

Everything past program startup, due to inability to get the install to connect to the server.
